Monkey Man: Rent or Buy Now, Coming to Peacock and Prime Video

Dev Patel’s directorial debut, ‘Monkey Man,’ is now available to rent or buy on digital platforms such as Amazon and others. The film, which stars Patel as an underground fighter seeking revenge for his mother’s murder, can be rented for $19.99 or purchased for $24.99.

Monkey Man has been praised for its intense action and brutal violence, but it’s not for the faint of heart. In one scene, Patel’s character uses his mouth to stab and twist a knife into a man’s neck, while in another, he bites off a man’s nose.

Despite its graphic nature, Monkey Man has received positive reviews from critics, with The New York Times calling it a “super-violent assault on the senses… exhilarating and exhausting in equal measure.”

For those who prefer to stream, Monkey Man will be available exclusively on Peacock 120 days after its theatrical release. However, Universal Pictures has a deal with Amazon Prime Video, so the film is likely to be added to Prime Video after four months on Peacock.

International audiences can pre-order Monkey Man on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, and DVD, although the release date has yet to be announced.
