Monse Celebrates Spring 2025 Collection with Star-Studded Cocktail Party

The buzz surrounding Monse’s Spring 2025 collection continued long after the runway show. Just hours after co-designers Laura Kim and Fernando Garcia unveiled their latest designs at Genesis House, they hosted a celebratory cocktail party for friends and fashion industry luminaries. The soiree took place at 215, the stylish and moody bar located within Ian Schrager’s Public Hotel in the heart of Manhattan’s Lower East Side.

Guests were greeted with handcrafted cocktails courtesy of Johnnie Walker, enjoying the ambiance of the space adorned with black velvet drapes and chandelier-like art installations. Exquisite floral arrangements, featuring deep red dahlias and feathery stems by Tabulot florals, added a touch of elegance to the speakeasy-inspired setting.

Music filled the air, courtesy of DJ and model Mona Matsuoka, who was dressed in a chic Monse mini-dress. Fresh from her captivating runway performance, actress and comedian Tiffany Haddish held court in a cozy corner booth, surrounded by a vibrant mix of guests. Model Coco Rocha engaged in conversation with celebrity makeup artist Patrick Ta and stylist Elizabeth Sulcer, while Love Island’s beloved couple, Miguel Harichi and Leah Kateb, joined the dance floor with singer Bella Poarch.

The party was a true reflection of New York Fashion Week’s electric energy, with the music escalating as the night went on. Fellow NYFW designer and close friend Prabal Gurung, who had earlier showcased his own Spring 2025 collection, arrived with a group of friends including socialites Dorothy Wang and Ezra Williams. To celebrate Williams’ birthday, Kim surprised him with a stunning floral cake from From Lucie, a delightful treat for the guests as they continued to dance the night away.

This star-studded soiree epitomized the spirit of Fashion Week, extending well into Sunday morning. It was a night filled with glamour, music, and camaraderie, leaving attendees with an unforgettable experience that perfectly captured the energy and excitement surrounding Monse’s latest collection.
