A motorcyclist was injured in a collision with a vehicle in Oakland on Sunday evening.
Oakland police officers were notified of the incident at 6:15 p.m. on Sunday. Responding officers located the motorcyclist lying on the ground. The motorcyclist was transported to a local hospital and listed in stable condition. The driver of the vehicle remained on the scene.
According to police, dirt bike sideshow activities were occurring simultaneously during the investigation. It is unknown if speed or alcohol were factors in this collision.
