## Motorola Razr Plus 2024: Specs, Release Date, and What to Expect
Motorola is gearing up to release its next foldable phone, the Razr Plus 2024, in June. The Razr Plus 2024 is expected to be a significant upgrade over its predecessor, the Razr Plus 2023.
According to leaks, the Razr Plus 2024 will feature the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8S Gen 3 chip, which is a notable upgrade from the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 inside the Razr Plus 2023. The phone will also come with 12GB of RAM, up from 8GB in the previous model.
The camera system is getting a big upgrade as well. The Razr Plus 2024 is expected to feature a 50MP primary camera and a 50MP telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom. This is a significant upgrade over the 12-megapixel and 13MP cameras on the Razr Plus 2023.
The battery is also getting a boost, with the Razr Plus 2024 expected to come with a 4,000mAh battery. This is up from the 3,800mAh battery in the Razr Plus 2023.
In addition to these hardware upgrades, the Razr Plus 2024 is also expected to be the first Motorola foldable phone with AI-assisted photo/video capture and media editing capabilities. It’s unclear if these capabilities will be served within an in-house app or via the Google Photos app.
The Razr Plus 2024 is expected to be released in June in a variety of colors, including blue, pink, and a new Spring Green color option. Pricing for the Razr Plus 2024 has not yet been announced, but it is expected to be around $999, the same price as the Razr Plus 2023.
