Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education Announces Class 10th and 12th Results

The Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) has declared the results for the Class 10th and 12th examinations held in February and March 2024. The overall pass percentage for Class 12th is 64.49%, with 64.49% of regular candidates and 22.46% of self-study candidates passing the exams. The pass percentage for Class 10th is 58.10%, comprising 58.10% of regular candidates and 13.26% of self-study candidates clearing the examinations.

Compartment Exams

For students who have failed in one or more subjects, compartment examinations will be held on June 8th, 2024, for Class 12th, and on June 10th, 2024, for Class 10th. This provides an opportunity for students to improve their scores and clear subjects they may have previously failed.

Answer Sheet Photocopy and Reevaluation Process

The MPBSE allows students to request a photocopy of their answer sheets within 15 days from the date of result declaration. This service can be accessed through the MP Online portal or at designated kiosks. Additionally, candidates can opt for a reevaluation of their marks within the same timeframe.

Class 12th Examination Results

In the Class 12th examinations, the highest pass percentage was recorded in the Science faculty at 70.99%, followed by Commerce at 58.12%, and Arts at 51.02%. Girls outperformed boys in the Class 12th exams, with 68.43% of regular girl students passing compared to 60.55% of regular boy students.

Class 10th Examination Results

In the Class 10th exams, the pass percentage was highest in the Science stream at 65.90%, followed by Commerce at 57.13%, and Arts at 48.32%. Similar to the Class 12th results, girls outperformed boys, with 61.88% of regular girl students passing compared to 54.35% of regular boy students.
