The Rajya Shiksha Kendra Madhya Pradesh (RSKMP) has declared the results for Class 5th and 8th for the year 2024. The results are available on the official website of RSKMP at rskmp.in.
Students who have appeared for the exams can check their results by entering their roll number and roll code on the website. The result will be displayed on the screen. Candidates are advised to download and save their scorecards for future reference.
The overall pass percentage for Class 8th in 2023 was 76.09%. Girls outperformed boys with a pass percentage of 78.86%, compared to 73.46% for boys. Students who fail to clear the exams will be able to appear for the MP Board compartment exams. Further information regarding the compartmental exams will be announced after the result declaration.
In 2023, the MP Board Results were declared by School Education Minister Inder Singh Parmar via press conference at Maharishi Patanjali Sanskrit Sansthan Auditorium at Tulsi Nagar, Bhopal. However, this time, the minister will not participate in the press conference due to the moral code of conduct.
To pass the MPBSE class 5th and 8th exams, students are required to achieve a minimum of 33% in each subject, as well as an aggregate score of 33%. Following the guidelines of the RTE Act, no student faces failure in the elementary classes. Moreover, all students are provided with an additional opportunity to sit for supplementary exams, ensuring every student has a chance to progress academically.
