MSC Cruises Unveils Extensive Winter 2025/2026 Sailing Season from Four American Homeports

MSC Cruises has announced a significant expansion of its vacation offerings for the Winter 2025/2026 season, launching an array of enticing itineraries from four convenient American homeports: Miami, Port Canaveral, New York City, and Galveston.

Seven magnificent ships will set sail from these strategic locations, offering a diverse range of destinations and experiences. Key highlights of the season include:

Exclusive Ocean Cay Upgrades

Voyages will feature visits to the idyllic Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve, MSC Cruises’ private island haven in The Bahamas. Guests can immerse themselves in the latest enhancements to the island, part of an ongoing extensive project designed to elevate the guest experience.

Meraviglia-Plus Class Debut at Port Canaveral

MSC Grandiosa will make its grand debut at Port Canaveral, bringing the unparalleled Meraviglia-Plus Class ships to the U.S. market for the first time. Travelers can embark on captivating 7-night cruises to the Eastern and Western Caribbean, while MSC Seashore offers shorter 3- and 4-night escapes to Nassau and Ocean Cay.

Family-Centric MSC Seascape from Galveston

Galveston will become the departure point for the family-centric MSC Seascape, boasting an impressive 11 dining options, 19 bars, an aft infinity pool, state-of-the-art kids’ and teens’ clubs, and the exclusive MSC Yacht Club.

MSC World America from Miami

Launching in April 2025 from PortMiami, MSC World America will transform cruising with seven distinctive districts tailored to passenger preferences. The ship’s highlight is the Cliffhanger, an innovative over-water swing ride. Guests can embark on alternating 7-night journeys to the Eastern and Western Caribbean during the Winter 2025/2026 season.

Enhanced Ocean Cay Amenities

Visits to Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve will showcase the island’s latest developments, including new excursion and snorkeling centers, additional dining and drink venues, and the upgraded Ocean House bar and restaurant exclusively reserved for MSC Yacht Club patrons. Opened in 2019, Ocean Cay remains dedicated to marine conservation and educating visitors about the significance of ocean and coral reef preservation.

Rubén A. Rodríguez, President of MSC Cruises USA, expressed his enthusiasm: “The Winter 2025-2026 season marks our most significant presence in the U.S. to date, with seven ships sailing from U.S. homeports.
