MSCE Pune Class 5th, 8th Scholarship Results 2024 Declared, Check Now!
The Maharashtra State Council of Examination (MSCE), Pune has finally released the highly anticipated results for the Class 5 and Class 8 scholarship examinations of 2024. The Council has also enabled a facility for verification of marks. Students who wish to request rechecking of their answer sheets can do so by submitting the application form by May 10. A fee of Rs 50 per paper is applicable for rechecking, payable through online modes. Additionally, applicants can utilize the form to request corrections in personal details such as name, surname, father’s name, and mother’s name until May 10 via school login.
How to Download MSCE Pune Scholarship Results 2024
1. Visit the official MSCE scholarship results website at http://www.mscepune.in/
2. Navigate to the “News and Latest Updates” section.
3. Click on the link corresponding to the results for either the “Pre Upper Primary Scholarship Examination” (Class 5th) or the “Pre Secondary Scholarship Examination” (Class 8th).
4. Enter the candidate’s 11-digit Seat Number.
5. View the MSCE PUP/PSS exam results displayed on the screen.
6. Download a copy of your results and print it out for future reference.

Significance of the Scholarship
The pre-upper primary (PUP) exam for Class 5 and pre-secondary (PSS) exam for Class 8 were conducted on February 18 in all districts of Maharashtra. MSCE, after publishing the provisional answer key on March 6, provided students with the opportunity to raise objections against the provisional answer keys from March 6 to March 13. The final answer key was released on March 18. The results, announced today, are based on the final answer key.
The Maharashtra Scholarship program, administered by MSCE, aims to provide financial assistance and support to deserving students from marginalized communities. Students who successfully qualify in the written exam will be eligible for scholarship awards commensurate with their grade level. After the declaration of the results, scholarship recipients will receive the designated amount. Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend ranging from Rs 100 to Rs 500.
Eligibility Criteria for MSCE Pune 5th, 8th Scholarship 2024
1. Students must be enrolled in either a government school, aided school, unaided school, or a granted or non-granted school appropriate for their respective classes.
2. Students must meet Maharashtra’s residency requirement, meaning their parents must have resided in Maharashtra for at least 15 years.
3. For students in the 5th grade (PUP), the age requirement is 11 years, while for physically disabled students, it is 15 years. In the case of the 8th grade (PSS), the age limit is 14 years, extending to 18 years for physically disabled students.
4. To qualify for the scholarship, the annual family income of students from tribal or backward communities must not exceed 2,00,000 rupees.
