Mukesh Ambani and Nita Ambani, the patriarch and matriarch of India’s wealthiest family, are not done with pre-wedding festivities for their son, Anant Ambani, and his fiancée, Radhika Merchant. After hosting a lavish three-day extravaganza in Jamnagar, Gujarat, which saw the attendance of prominent figures like Meta founder Mark Zuckerberg, Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates, pop star Rihanna, and Bollywood A-listers like Shah Rukh Khan, Alia Bhatt, and Katrina Kaif, the Ambanis are planning another grand celebration.
This second pre-wedding bash, slated for May 28-30, will take guests on a luxurious cruise journey from Italy to southern France, covering a distance of 4380 km in three days. The guest list for this exclusive event is expected to include around 800 people, including Bollywood’s three Khans – Salman, Shah Rukh, and Aamir – as well as close friends of Akash and Shloka Ambani, Ranbir Kapoor, and Alia Bhatt. Additionally, 600 hospitality staff will be present to ensure the comfort and well-being of the guests.
Anant Ambani, 28, is set to marry Radhika Merchant, the daughter of Viren Merchant, CEO of Encore Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., and entrepreneur Shaila Merchant, in July, reportedly in London. The couple got engaged in a traditional Gol Dhana ceremony in Mumbai on January 19, 2023.
