Nandita Sinha, the CEO of Myntra, embodies a powerful presence in the business world. She assumed the role of CEO on January 1, 2022, bringing with her over 18 years of expertise in the e-commerce and FMCG sectors.

Sinha’s distinguished career began at Hindustan Unilever Limited, where she spent five years, starting as a summer trainee and progressing to a Client Manager position in 2009. Her journey continued at Britannia, where she served as a Product Manager, overseeing communication and media strategy. She also co-founded MyBabyCart.com, an e-commerce startup.

In 2013, Sinha joined Flipkart, the company that later acquired Myntra. Walmart subsequently acquired Flipkart. Sinha’s tenure at Flipkart spanned over eight years, during which she made significant contributions. Her responsibilities included overseeing customer acquisition and growth, fostering the development of the Flipkart brand, and spearheading the successful execution of The Big Billion Days sales campaign, according to her LinkedIn profile. She held the position of Vice-President of Customer Growth, Media, and Engagement before being elevated to the role of President.

Sinha’s educational background is equally impressive. She holds a B-Tech degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (BHU) and an MBA from the esteemed Faculty of Management Studies (FMS) with a specialization in marketing and strategy. Her leadership, combined with her extensive experience and academic credentials, make her a formidable force in the Indian e-commerce landscape.
