The House GOP’s majority, which was divided over the aid package, is expected to shrink to a single vote come Friday, when a representative from Wisconsin is anticipated to resign. Despite the passage of this aid package, Neal remains concerned about the potential for Republican obstructionism in future legislative efforts.
