Nevada King Intersects High-Grade Gold and Silver at Atlanta Mine

Nevada King Gold Corp. (NKG, NKGFF) is excited to announce the latest assay results from drilling at its Atlanta Gold Mine Project, located in the Battle Mountain Trend of Nevada. The company recently completed twenty reverse circulation (RC) holes and one core hole, yielding significant intersections of high-grade gold and silver.

The drilling program focused on the Atlanta Mine Fault Zone (AMFZ) and the West Atlanta Fault (WAF). The highlights include:

*

Core hole AT23NS-120C:

Intersected 53.8m of 4.10 g/t Au, including a higher-grade interval of 3.0m at 17.98 g/t Au. This mineralization is located just 15.4m below the pit floor and is currently being used for ongoing Phase II metallurgical test work.
*

Hole AT23NS-171:

Intersected 35.1m of 3.59 g/t Au, including a high-grade interval of 3.0m at 18.88 g/t Au.
*

Hole AT23NS-172:

Intersected 24.4m of 1.76 g/t Au with an impressive 440.6 g/t Ag.

These results further confirm the presence of gold mineralization along the AMFZ and the WAF, highlighting the potential for expanding the existing resource.

Nevada King’s exploration program is informed by a detailed relogging campaign at Atlanta, which revealed two distinct types of intrusive breccia units. One type, associated with altered dolomite, rarely hosts gold mineralization. The second type, related to rhyolitic intrusions, is often associated with gold mineralization. This discovery is crucial for the company’s regional exploration program as they search for new mineralized zones.

Cal Herron, Exploration Manager of Nevada King, stated, “Drilling completed in and around the Atlanta resource zone continues to inform our understanding behind the genesis of gold deposition at Atlanta. Throughout the West Atlanta Graben Zone and up on the East Ridge Target, we know that rhyolitic intrusions related to gold mineralization show up in the CSAMT data as low resistivity zones. The Company has identified numerous additional CSAMT low resistivity zones scattered throughout the Atlanta district where other such intrusive activity may have occurred.”

The company is confident in its exploration program and is focused on identifying additional, potentially larger, intrusive-related mineralized zones within the Atlanta district. This exploration program has the potential to significantly expand the existing resource base at the Atlanta Mine.
