Noble Research Institute and Certified Angus Beef Partner to Launch Free Land Stewardship Course

Noble Research Institute, a trusted resource for farmers and ranchers since 1945, and Certified Angus Beef, a renowned brand committed to quality beef, have joined forces to develop a comprehensive educational program called Land Stewardship. This innovative course, set to launch in November 2024, will equip livestock producers globally with the knowledge and tools needed to enhance their land management practices.

Land Stewardship, an extension of Noble’s existing educational curriculum, provides a deep dive into the six essential soil health principles. The course emphasizes how these principles interact with the ecosystem processes, ultimately leading to improved land health and productivity. Available online and entirely free, the program offers flexibility, allowing participants to learn at their own pace.

Producers of all scales and locations will benefit from the insights gained, enabling them to implement practices that promote healthy soil, enhance grazing animal performance, and foster more resilient and profitable operations. Noble Research Institute has long been a leader in providing research-based educational resources for U.S. farmers and ranchers, covering all aspects of farm and ranch management. Their comprehensive curriculum empowers producers to restore their land, optimize grazing practices, increase profitability, and achieve long-term success.

“We are thrilled to partner with Certified Angus Beef, a company deeply dedicated to the beef industry and committed to upholding uncompromising quality standards,” said Steve Rhines, CEO and president of Noble Research Institute. “Producing exceptional beef starts with the animal and its raising conditions, which is where Noble’s expertise shines. Together, we’ve created a program that empowers producers to implement high standards in their land stewardship, leading to stronger and more sustainable operations.”

This partnership between Noble and CAB underscores their shared dedication to supporting producers in responsible land care and livestock grazing practices. Their goal is to promote better production, improve the environment, and create a brighter future for communities nationwide.

“Farmers and ranchers are fundamentally land stewards, and healthy forages are essential for cattle production,” said Bruce Cobb, executive vice president of production at CAB. “We are excited to offer this valuable resource, developed by subject-matter experts, that will help producers enhance both soil health and profitability on their operations.”
