Since 2011, NYC Broadway Week has provided visitors and locals with a chance to enjoy world-class theatrical productions at a great value, twice a year. This initiative has been a tremendous support for the Broadway community, generating over $170 million in revenue since its inception.”
For over a decade, NYC Tourism has partnered with The Broadway League to bring NYC Broadway Week to life. The initiative has sold over 2.4 million tickets, generating more than $170 million in revenue for Broadway. “We are proud to continue working with NYC Tourism on NYC Broadway Week,” said Jason Laks, Interim President of The Broadway League. “This program offers theater enthusiasts from around the globe an opportunity to experience a diverse range of incredible Broadway musicals and plays in one of the largest entertainment capitals in the world, all at a fantastic value.”
This fall, attendees can choose from a variety of Broadway shows, spanning genres like comedy, kid-friendly entertainment, musicals, plays, and Tony Award winners. You can easily filter the participating shows based on your preferences. NYC Broadway Week is a collaborative effort, supported by partners like the Mayor’s Office of Media and Entertainment (MOME) and Amtrak. The event will be widely promoted through various channels, including NYCtourism.com, out-of-home media throughout the five boroughs, digital advertising, taxi commercials, and on New York City Tourism + Conventions’ verified social media channels using the hashtag #NYCBroadwayWeek.
