This exciting venture is part of a much larger mixed-use development project known as South Molton. Grosvenor, a leading property developer, secured planning permission in 2022 to renovate the historic 33,000-square-foot building, marking a significant step in this ambitious endeavor.
South Molton is poised to become a vibrant hub, encompassing the Oberoi hotel alongside modern office spaces, residences, cafes, shops, restaurants, and dedicated community and leisure areas within a revitalized public setting.
