In this role, she oversaw the strategic sales efforts for one of Florida’s most anticipated luxury resort developments, playing a key role in driving the resort’s pre-opening sales and positioning it as a top destination for luxury travelers.
Before her tenure at Sunseeker Resort, Bales spent 15 years at Marriott International, where she held various leadership roles, managing sales teams, overseeing hotel openings, and developing result-driven sales strategies. Her expertise spans a range of key areas, including strategic planning, brand management, high-performing team creation and retention, and hotel openings. During her time at Marriott International, Bales was consistently recognized for her leadership and contributions to the company’s success. Among her many achievements were the prestigious Above Property Leader of the Year Award and the Chairman’s Award, both of which underscored her commitment to excellence in sales and leadership.
