Omni Hotels & Resorts Welcomes Michael Innocentin as New Chief Marketing Officer

Omni Hotels & Resorts is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Innocentin as its new Chief Marketing Officer. In this key leadership position, Innocentin will be responsible for steering the development and execution of all marketing strategies, encompassing advertising, public relations, social media engagement, website management, and digital campaigns. He will also assume responsibility for managing Omni’s customer engagement initiatives and the esteemed Select Guest Loyalty program. Innocentin will report directly to Jeff Doane, Chief Commercial Officer.

With over 20 years of extensive experience in the hospitality sector, Innocentin brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role. Prior to joining Omni, he held the position of Senior Vice President of Commercial Projects at Fairmont Hotels. His impressive career also includes senior roles at Accor, where he served as Senior Vice President of Marketing for North America and Vice President of E-Commerce & Digital for North America.

Throughout his illustrious career, Innocentin has honed his skills in managing marketing and digital strategies across diverse brands and regions. He has spearheaded marketing initiatives for new hotel launches, led experiential campaigns, and expertly managed digital marketing, E-Commerce, and online reputation management. His efforts have significantly enhanced loyalty programs, partnerships, and retail experiences within the Fairmont brand.

Innocentin holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto. In recognition of his卓越 contributions to the industry, he was honored as one of the Top 25: Extraordinary Minds in Hospitality Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Optimization by the prestigious Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International (HSMAI) in 2015. Notably, Innocentin also serves as the current Global Chair of HSMAI.
