One Bangkok, a collaborative endeavor between TCC Assets (Thailand) and Frasers Property Holdings (Thailand) Company Limited, has forged a strategic alliance with Isetan Mitsukoshi Holdings Co., Ltd., Japan’s premier department store group. This partnership is poised to significantly bolster Bangkok’s retail and office sectors, centering on two pivotal projects: the introduction of Thailand’s inaugural Mitsukoshi supermarket and food hall, and a joint investment in One Bangkok Office Tower 4. These initiatives are expected to solidify One Bangkok’s status as an international nexus for top-tier business professionals, investors, and tourists.
This collaboration will unveil a pioneering “Depachika” supermarket and food hall concept within One Bangkok’s retail framework, situated in the basement level 1 of the Parade, spanning 4,600 square meters. This upscale gastronomic venue is designed to transform the culinary and shopping landscape in Bangkok, offering an opulent assortment of both international and local fare. Visitors will encounter a vast array of premium brands, featuring select fresh produce, meats, and seafood from exclusive farming networks and esteemed Japanese suppliers. Moreover, the food hall will host a diverse mix of famous and emerging Japanese dining options, pastry shops, cafes, and restaurants, all part of an enriched and comprehensive shopping experience dubbed ‘The Rhythmic Experience’ at the Parade, making One Bangkok Retail a must-visit destination.
