The Oregon Tourism Commission will hold an Executive Session on Tuesday, May 21, in accordance with ORS 192.660(2)(i) to assess the job performance of the chief executive officer of a public body, as well as that of a public officer, employee, or staff member who opts against an open hearing. This session will be private.
The Oregon Tourism Commission will host a briefing on June 3 from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Rogue X – Court 8, 901 Rossanley Drive, Medford, OR 97501. This briefing will be held in person and live-streamed via Travel Oregon’s Industry YouTube Channel.
The Oregon Tourism Commission will hold a public meeting on June 4 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the same location. This meeting will also be in person and streamed on Travel Oregon’s Industry YouTube Channel. Updates regarding budget modifications will be available on the meeting page.
Statements and testimonies can be submitted by mail or through the online form. All submissions or requests to testify (either virtually or in person) must be made by noon on Friday, May 31.
