Noarbe recently made a dazzling appearance at the Laureus World Sport Awards, showcasing her captivating style. Meanwhile, Llorente, 29, has garnered attention for his adherence to an unconventional ‘caveman’ diet, which mimics the eating habits of our Paleolithic ancestors.
Llorente’s diet excludes ultra-processed foods such as pasta, bread, and cereals, emphasizing instead whole, natural foods like meat, fish, vegetables, and high-quality cheeses. He believes this dietary approach optimizes his performance and well-being.
In an interview with Cadena SER’s El Larguero program, Llorente elaborated on his unique dietary choices: “It is about consuming what people ate during the Paleolithic era. Eliminating ultra-processed foods completely and avoiding cereals like pasta, bread, wheat, and rice. Also, dairy products are limited to high-quality cheeses.
Instead, I consume meat, including my favorite steaks, fish, eggs, and vegetables. Carbohydrates come in the form of potatoes, sweet potatoes, and cassava.”
