Upcoming Palakki Utsav Prompts Traffic Advisory in Bengaluru
Bengaluru Traffic Police have issued a traffic advisory ahead of the Palakki Utsav scheduled to take place on May 29 and 30 in Panathur Village. In order to ensure smooth movement of festival-goers, vehicular traffic will be temporarily prohibited at the Panathur railway underpass during the event.
To minimize inconvenience to commuters, the police have provided alternative routes for vehicles traveling in different directions.
Vehicles traveling towards Kadubisanahalli from the Varthur side can now use the route via the Kundalahalli gate from Vib Gear School Road.
Those moving towards Kadubisanahalli from the junction can take the route through Horavartula Road to reach Kundalahalli and then continue towards their destination.
Similarly, vehicles heading towards Varthur from Kadubisanahalli Junction can utilize the route via Horavartula Road and Vib Gear School Road to reach Varthur.
Motorists are requested to cooperate with the traffic authorities and strictly adhere to the suggested alternative routes to avoid congestion and delays. In case of any emergency or urgent assistance, commuters are advised to call 112 for immediate help.
