Pattaya Airways Receives Air Operator Certificate, Set to Launch Cargo Operations in Thailand

Pattaya Airways, a newly established cargo airline based in Thailand, has achieved a significant milestone in its journey by receiving its Air Operator Certificate (AOC) from the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). This accomplishment comes after nine months of dedicated effort by the airline.

As a subsidiary of Pattaya Group, Pattaya Airways is poised to commence its cargo operations later this year. The airline plans to utilize two ATR 72-500 freighters, which were acquired earlier this year, to provide cargo services both within Thailand and on international routes across Asia.

Pattaya Airways is targeting a fleet of five aircraft for its operations. The airline recently announced a partnership agreement with ACE Global Logistics for air cargo transportation, further strengthening its position in the market. This partnership signifies Pattaya Airways’ commitment to building a robust network and offering reliable cargo solutions to its customers.
