In this phase, electors from the Kangra, Mandi, Hamirpur, and Shimla constituencies in Himachal Pradesh will cast their ballots to elect their representatives. Similarly, all 13 constituencies in Punjab, including Gurdaspur, Amritsar, Khadoor Sahib, Jalandhar, Hoshiarpur, Anandpur Sahib, Ludhiana, Fatehgarh Sahib, Faridkot, Firozpur, Bathinda, Sangrur, and Patiala, will witness polling. The union territory of Chandigarh will also participate in this phase of the elections.
Additionally, several constituencies in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, West Bengal, Jharkhand, and Odisha will go to the polls on June 1st. In Uttar Pradesh, the constituencies of Maharajganj, Gorakhpur, Kushi Nagar, Deoria, Bansgaon, Ghosi, Salempur, Ballia, Ghazipur, Chandauli, Varanasi, Mirzapur, and Robertsganj will see electoral activity. Bihar will have eight constituencies participating in this phase: Nalanda, Patna Sahib, Pataliputra, Arrah, Buxar, Sasaram, Karakat, and Jahanabad.
West Bengal will see ten constituencies going to the polls: Dum Dum, Barasat, Basirhat, Jaynagar, Mathurapur, Diamond Harbour, Jadavpur, Kolkata Dakshin, and Kolkata Uttar. In Jharkhand, the constituencies of Rajmahal, Dumka, and Godda will hold elections. Odisha will have six constituencies participating: Mayurbhanj, Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Kendrapara, and Jagatsinghpur.
The conclusion of Phase 7 on June 1st will mark the end of the 18th Lok Sabha election process.
