Prime Minister Narendra Modi praised Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath for bringing development to the state during an election rally in Aligarh on Monday.
PM Modi said that under the leadership of the BJP, Uttar Pradesh is becoming a hub of ‘Aatmanirbhar Bharat – Aatmanirbhar Sena’. He also highlighted the success of the Yogi government’s One District, One Product mission, saying that it is creating new respect in the entire country.
Yogi Adityanath was also present at the event along with other BJP leaders. PM Modi urged the people of Aligarh to vote for BJP candidates Satish Gautam and Anoop Valmiki in the upcoming elections.
The Prime Minister also took a dig at Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav, calling them ‘shehzadas’ (princes). He appealed to the people to reject the politics of nepotism and corruption practiced by these leaders.
