Entirely fashioned from 92.5% silver, the model showcases intricate filigree work, achieved through traditional techniques such as engraving and repoussé, a process where designs are hammered from the reverse side to create raised embellishments.
For First Lady Jill Biden, Prime Minister Modi presented a luxurious Pashmina shawl, sourced from the breathtaking region of Jammu and Kashmir. This exquisite shawl, known for its unparalleled softness and warmth, has a history deeply rooted in the Changthangi goat, native to the high altitudes of Ladakh. The goat’s precious fleece, known as ‘Pashm,’ is incredibly fine and hand-combed by skilled artisans to create these legendary shawls.
