In a bid to navigate the country’s pressing challenges, PML-N’s Rana Sanaullah has extended a ‘reconciliation offer’ to incarcerated PTI founder Imran Khan. Facing economic and political crises, as well as rising terrorism, Sanaullah stressed the urgent need for dialogue and cooperation to stabilize the nation’s fragile economy.
The PML-N leader urged Khan to ‘take the matter to a logical conclusion,’ highlighting the country’s inability to withstand escalating political tensions and protests. Referring to Sunday’s by-polls, Sanaullah attributed the PML-N’s success to Khan’s alleged inflexibility and its energizing effect on the party’s voter base.
Clarifying his previous statement, Sanaullah denied seeking a ‘deal’ with Khan, emphasizing that his release was a matter for the judiciary. He further claimed that pre-election sentences against Khan had benefited the PTI in previous elections, reiterating that mere accusations did not amount to proof.
