Police Search for Suspect in Deadly Northside Stabbing

Authorities are actively investigating a deadly stabbing that occurred outside a Houston restaurant in the Near Northside neighborhood. The incident was reported shortly before 9:30 p.m. Tuesday on the 2800 block of Fulton Street, close to Halpern Street. Upon arrival at the scene, paramedics discovered the body of a male victim who had suffered multiple stab wounds. Despite medical intervention, the man was pronounced deceased at the scene. The Houston Police Department’s Lieutenant Larry Crowson stated that homicide detectives are en route to the location to conduct a thorough investigation. Officers will be searching for potential witnesses and gathering surveillance footage to aid in identifying the suspect or suspects. ABC13 news footage captured the restaurant’s parking lot cordoned off with crime scene tape. Preliminary observations suggest that the victim’s body had not been present for an extended period.
