Police Seek Assistance in Identifying Larceny Suspect at Factory Outlet Store

The New York State Police are seeking the assistance of the public in identifying an individual who is suspected of being involved in a larceny that occurred at the Ralph Lauren store in an outlet shopping center this month. According to a New York State Police post on Wednesday, April 10, 2024, the individual pictured below is believed to have committed the larceny at the Factory Outlet Store in Waterloo, NY. The suspect is described as a male wearing an Adidas-style baseball cap, black zipper-style hoodie, tan pants, black tennis shoes, and a black Savage brand t-shirt with a colorful logo. He was also carrying a Nike bag. The Finger Lakes Premium Outlets also houses a Nike Factory Store, which may be where the suspect obtained the bag. Anyone with information regarding the suspect’s identity or whereabouts is urged to contact the New York State Police at 585-398-4100. Larceny is defined as the theft of property, and it is considered a crime when an individual wrongfully takes, obtains, or withholds property from its owner with the intent to deprive the owner of that property or to appropriate it for their own use or the use of a third party.
