Chelsea, despite their recent spending spree, has also been plagued by injuries, with 1,443 days lost. Romeo Lavia has barely featured due to injuries, while Thiago Silva and Wesley Fofana have also missed significant time. Ben Chilwell has been out for an extended period, adding to the Blues’ defensive woes.
Brighton & Hove Albion, under Roberto De Zerbi, has lost 1,402 days to injuries. Evan Ferguson, Pervis Estupinan, and Kaoru Mitoma have all had spells on the sidelines, while Christopher Nkunku has recently suffered another setback.
Manchester United, with 1,306 days lost to injuries, has been without key players like Lisandro Martínez and Mason Mount for extended periods. Erik ten Hag has had to deal with a league-high 12 players currently sidelined.
Liverpool, under Jurgen Klopp, has lost 1,252 days to injuries. Defender Joel Matip will not play again this season, while Alisson Becker and Trent Alexander-Arnold have also missed significant time. Mohamed Salah and Darwin Nunez have also been sidelined, hampering Liverpool’s title charge.

Meanwhile, Premier League title rivals Arsenal and Manchester City have been relatively fortunate with injuries. Arsenal has lost 882 days, while Manchester City has lost just 654 days. This has allowed both teams to maintain their positions at the top of the table.
