Premier Private Jets Launches Fractional Ownership Program, Revolutionizing Private Aviation Accessibility
Premier Private Jets, a prominent regional business aviation provider headquartered in Florida, has unveiled a groundbreaking fractional ownership program that redefines value in the private aviation industry. This program aims to extend the reach of private aviation to businesses and individuals who may have previously considered it out of reach.
“Our mission is to make private aviation a reality for companies and individuals who might not have thought it possible,” stated Josh Birmingham, Premier Private Jets’ Founder and CEO. “We began with economical charter services and jet cards, and now we have a compelling fractional ownership product to add to our offerings.”
The PremierShares program provides fractional ownership stakes in Premier Private Jets’ wholly owned fleet of Hawker 800 series midsize aircraft. These aircraft are meticulously maintained in-house and outfitted with state-of-the-art Wi-Fi and high-speed cabin connectivity, ensuring a seamless in-flight experience.
“Hawker aircraft have long been renowned for their exceptional cabin comfort, durability, dependability, and transcontinental range,” Birmingham remarked. “By standardizing our fleet on the Hawker, we deliver a consistent product and streamline our support and training processes for our fractional ownership model.”
Premier Private Jets has strategically opted to utilize pre-owned aircraft in its fractional ownership program. This decision significantly reduces acquisition costs, resulting in shares that are roughly half the price of comparable new aircraft. Additionally, the three-year contract period minimizes depreciation, providing a more flexible and cost-effective ownership option compared to traditional five-year fractional lock-up periods.
To ensure the highest maintenance standards at reduced costs, Premier Private Jets maintains its aircraft at its three Part 145 repair stations. This in-house maintenance capability translates into priority booking, increased aircraft availability, and reduced expenses for fractional owners.
PremierShares employs a day-based usage model instead of the traditional hourly model. A 1/16th share entitles owners to 20 days of aircraft usage, while a 1/8th share provides 40 days of usage. This model offers substantial savings for users who frequently fly multiple legs within a single duty day. For example, a company making a four-hour round trip over 20 days would accumulate 80 flight hours with its 1/16th share, surpassing the standard 50-hour limit. Additionally, the aircraft and crew can remain at the passenger’s location, allowing for flexible scheduling of subsequent flights, either ahead of schedule or later, as per the passenger’s preference.
PremierShares primarily operates within the Eastern United States, but the program can be extended westward or internationally for an additional charge. “This program is ideally suited for individuals and mid-sized companies with regular commutes or the need to visit multiple locations frequently,” Birmingham explained. “We work closely with our clients to design the ideal program, whether it consists of charter or fractional ownership products, or a combination of both.”
Premier Private Jets offers a comprehensive range of aviation services, including retail charter, jet cards, and the exclusive Florida Express Jet Club, which provides discounted charter rates for flights originating or terminating in Florida. All of Premier’s services are designed to deliver exceptional value in today’s dynamic aviation market.
