The 128th running of the Penn Relays Carnival is just around the corner, and our track and field writers at NJ Advance Media have everything you need to know. While we didn’t see any individual winners on the boys side last year, this year’s competition is stacked with talented athletes who are capable of bringing home a Penn Relays title.
