Primal Kitchen Recalls Avocado Oil Due to Potential Glass Bottle Breakage

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has announced a recall of approximately 2,060 cases of avocado oil from Primal Kitchen due to a potential risk of glass bottle breakage. The affected bottles of ‘Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil’ were sold in the eastern United States, California, and online nationwide.

The issue was initially discovered by workers at the Primal Kitchen warehouse, who noticed the avocado oil had leaked during transit. The 750 ml bottles of avocado oil were individually packaged (UPC 8-5523200719-4) and by the case (UPC 108552320071910000). Only bottles with ‘Best When Used By’ dates between ’19 Aug 2025′ and ’21 Aug 2025′ are included in the recall.

Consumers who have purchased the recalled avocado oil are urged to discard it immediately. They can then contact Primal Kitchen for instructions on how to receive a refund.
