Former United Talent Agency corporate communications manager Kyle Boulia has joined the press office of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. Boulia will serve as deputy press secretary and director of communications for the couple and their Archewell endeavor.
Boulia brings nearly six years of experience from UTA, where he worked with a vast network within the media to garner impactful press for the agency and its clients. He managed media relations, publicity, and executive and client communications for close to 20 departments and business verticals, including talent, literary, music, podcasts, creators, the Foundation, DEI, fine arts, and more.
Boulia has a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and he has been actively involved in shaping corporate culture. He helped establish and co-chair UTA Proud, an internal group supporting queer artists and allies, and oversaw all of its global initiatives and mentoring LGBTQIA+ colleagues. Under his guidance, UTA achieved a perfect score on the Human Rights Campaign’s Corporate Equality Index, making it the first major Hollywood talent agency to do so.
Born in Florida, Boulia moved to Las Vegas in 2015 after graduating from the University of Florida to begin his career in public relations. In Vegas, he worked for a PR agency that serviced various business sectors, including corporate, talent, entertainment, nonprofit, hospitality, food and beverage, and retail. In 2018, he joined UTA as an assistant to veteran communications executive Lisa Stein.
