Royal commentator Kinsey Schofield has asserted that Prince Harry needs to mature significantly before he can reconcile with King Charles. Harry’s recent visit to the UK to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the Invictus Games did not include a meeting with the King. According to royal expert Angela Levin, Buckingham Palace maintains that it received no request from Harry for a private audience with Charles. Schofield strongly criticized Harry’s conduct toward the royal family since his decision to step down. He accused the Duke of Sussex of acting with defiance and causing harm during sensitive events such as Prince Philip’s illness and death, Queen Elizabeth’s death, and cancer revelations involving Charles and Kate Middleton. Schofield expressed concern about the escalating conflict between the royal family and Harry, labeling it distressing to witness. While host Mark Dolan advocated for forgiveness and reconciliation, Schofield countered that Harry’s perceived untrustworthiness and grandiose delusions continue to pose a threat to the monarchy’s future. He also questioned the validity of Harry’s claim that his father was too occupied to meet him during his UK visit, emphasizing the reliance on unverified information from Harry’s team. Schofield pointed to Omid Scobie’s previous accusations of racism against Harry’s father and suggested that the recent press release was an attempt to perpetuate a narrative of victimhood.
