This unique dining experience seamlessly blends the vibrant and joyful artistry of Romero Britto with the culinary expertise of renowned chef Rudi Sodamin, creating a captivating feast for the senses.
Guests stepping into the intimate 68-seat venue on Deck 17 aft are greeted by a world of vibrant colors, striking patterns, and deep emotions. Britto’s iconic artwork adorns the space, while the backdrop is designed to immerse couples in a truly romantic atmosphere. The ambiance is further enhanced by exceptional service and breathtaking ocean views.
The seven-course prix fixe menu, meticulously curated by Sodamin, is a culinary masterpiece that delights both the palate and the soul. The experience begins with enticing aphrodisiacs like Oysters with Lemongrass Kafir, Mirin, and Gold Flakes, setting the stage for a symphony of flavors.
Entrees feature creatively presented heart-shaped dishes, each a work of art in itself. Savory options include Tuna & Avocado with Pomegranate and Togarashi, a Cappuccino of Wild Mushroom soup, a Salad of Beets, Figs, and Goat Cheese, Granita of Pink Champagne and Rose Petals, Tail of Lobster Thermidor, and Succulent Beef Tenderloin with Truffle Jus.
Dessert, in true Love Boat style, showcases a heart-shaped Chocolate Lava Cake, Fresh Berries & Raspberry Cream, accompanied by Petits Fours, concluding the culinary journey on a sweet and romantic note.
