QueryPie Inc., a cybersecurity solution startup, has been chosen as the sole representative in the cybersecurity field for Real Madrid’s ‘Next Accelerator for Asia’ program. This program, which supports Asian startups, is part of Real Madrid’s innovation initiative, Real Madrid Next (RMNext), seeking new technological partnerships.
QueryPie’s selection for the ‘Cybersecurity & Technology’ category signifies its expertise in the field. The company will be signing a Proof of Concept (PoC) contract with Real Madrid, aiming to showcase its advanced capabilities in detecting, preventing, and responding to sophisticated cyber threats.
RMNext is dedicated to collaborating with startups and companies across various sectors, including performance, audiovisual content, e-health, cybersecurity & technology, fan engagement, and social. This year, the program received applications from 823 startups across 14 Asian countries, ultimately selecting seven companies, including QueryPie.
The PoC will focus on QueryPie’s security solution lineups: ‘QueryPie DAC (Database Access Controller),’ ‘QueryPie SAC (System Access Controller),’ and ‘QueryPie KAC (Kubernetes Access Controller).’ Starting in September, these solutions will be implemented to manage and control access to databases, systems, and containers used by Real Madrid in Seoul, Madrid, and online.
Brant Hwang, CEO of QueryPie, expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “I am pleased to be selected for the accelerator program of Real Madrid, the world’s top club, and to have the opportunity to introduce our solutions to the club practically. Through sufficient PoC processes, we will provide high-level security solutions that can integrate and manage various key information possessed by the club.”
