As CAO, Ms. Jones will assume responsibility for directing Radiance University, Marketing, and Human Resources departments. She will also serve as the executive sponsor for internal committees such as We Lead, Radiance Gives, and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Communications.
Ms. Jones brings a wealth of experience to her new role, spanning over 25 years in the realm of talent acquisition, management, development, and talent strategy. Since joining Radiance, she has held the position of Director of Radiance University, where she has played a pivotal role in driving corporate learning and talent development initiatives, empowering employee-owners through the enhancement and advancement of individual and corporate capabilities.
A certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Ms. Jones holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Management from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. She is also a certified DISC facilitator and a graduate of Connect Class 1 through Leadership Greater Huntsville.
