The Rajasthan Staff Selection Board (RSMSSB) has released the schedule for document verification (DV) of candidates selected in the Forest Guard Direct Recruitment Examination-2020. The DV process will commence for eligible candidates from both scheduled and non-scheduled areas, ensuring transparency and adherence to the advertised posts. A total of 950 candidates from non-scheduled areas were listed for category-wise vacant posts on 31st May 2024, with an additional 93 candidates listed on 18th July 2024. These candidates are required to verify their eligibility and submit original documents as part of the verification process. The document verification will be conducted from July 26 to July 30, 2024, at the Rajasthan Forestry and Wildlife Training Institute, Jaipur, located at Jawahar Kala Kendra, Jawahar Lal Nehru Marg, Jaipur. Candidates must appear at the scheduled time mentioned against their roll numbers.
Candidates must fill the detailed application form online using their SSO ID between 19th July 2024 to 25th July 2024. The fee for document verification is also to be deposited online during this period. Before filling the detailed application, candidates are advised to visit the RSMSSB’s official website for instructions outlined in advertisement number 04/2020, dated 11th November 2020. This includes understanding the eligibility criteria and necessary documentation. Candidates should bring two printed copies of the detailed application form, proof of fee payment, original certificates, and identity card for verification. Essential documents include those verifying educational qualifications, age, caste, residence, and other specified criteria.
Candidates falling under the economically weaker section (EWS) category, with an annual family income below Rs. 2.50 lakh, must produce an income certificate issued by the competent authority along with other documents. It is mandatory for candidates to carry a downloaded copy of their e-Aadhaar with QR code printed on it. Self-attested copies of all necessary certificates should also be submitted along with the application. The Rajasthan Staff Selection Board has emphasized that no further opportunities will be provided for eligibility checks or document verification beyond the scheduled dates. Failure to comply with the verification process at the specified venue and time will result in the cancellation of provisional selection.
