## Rajinikanth’s 171st Film Titled ‘Coolie’, Teaser Unveiled
Filmmaker Lokesh Kanagaraj has unveiled the title of Rajinikanth’s upcoming film, ‘Coolie’, along with a power-packed teaser.
In the teaser, Rajinikanth is seen beating goons with a gold chain, in his signature style. The name of Rajinikanth’s 171st film is finally out. Titled ‘Coolie’, the film has the superstar appear in a rugged avatar with a ‘coolie’ badge on his arm. He is seen beating goons with a belt made of gold watches. The teaser was released in a monochrome tone, only the gold elements retained its original color.
The film is expected to go on floors in June 2024 and will mark the first collaboration between Rajinikanth and Kanagaraj. Produced on a massive scale by Sun Pictures, the film was launched in September 2023. Reports suggest that Sivakarthikeyan will play key a role in the film. However, an official update regarding the cast and crew will be announced shortly.
Composer Anirudh Ravichander and stunt director duo Anbariv are a part of the crew.
