Rams Draft Digs 2024: Inside the $16.5 Million Beachside Mansion and Custom Football Field
The Los Angeles Rams are going all out for the 2024 NFL Draft. With a first-round pick for the first time since 2016, the Rams have rented a stunning $16.5 million mansion in Hermosa Beach, California, for the occasion.
The Zillow Draft House, as it’s known, is a 9,150-square-foot, three-story mansion that features custom Rams-themed artwork and memorabilia throughout. A war room overlooking the Pacific Ocean has been set up for team bosses, and a merchandise room displays some of the team’s more unique collaborations. The backyard infinity pool and hot tub are surrounded by sun loungers and a fire pit, offering stunning views of the hillside homes and the beach beyond.
In addition to the mansion, the Rams have also constructed a custom-painted football field on the beach for their Draft Experience. The field will host the Play60 Program, where kids can participate in football drills.
In the first round of the draft, the Rams selected edge rusher Jared Verse out of Florida State 19th overall. Verse is a versatile and athletic pass rusher who is expected to make an immediate impact for the Rams.
The Rams’ Draft Experience is a unique and over-the-top way to celebrate the NFL Draft. The team’s investment in the event shows their commitment to building a winning team and engaging with their fans.
