RAU Study Circle Case: Delhi Court Reserves Order on Charge Sheet, Next Hearing on November 14

The Rouse Avenue Court in Delhi has taken a significant step in the ongoing RAU Study Circle case, reserving its order on whether to take cognizance of the charge sheet filed by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). This decision marks a crucial development in the investigation into alleged irregularities at the coaching institute.

The CBI had previously submitted a charge sheet against six individuals, including four co-owners and CEO Abhishek Gupta, alleging their involvement in fraudulent activities within the institute. The court, however, has yet to determine whether to accept the charge sheet, a decision that could have major implications for the accused.

To ensure a comprehensive evaluation, the court has directed the counsel representing the complainant to provide relevant judgments for consideration. This request highlights the court’s commitment to thoroughly examine the evidence before reaching a verdict.

The next hearing in the case is scheduled for November 14th. All eyes will be on the court’s final decision, which could shape the future of the RAU Study Circle case and its accused.
