Ray Romano Rates Every Episode of ‘Everybody Loves Raymond’ After Binge-Watching

In a recent interview with People magazine, Ray Romano shared that he had taken upon himself the task of watching every episode of his beloved sitcom, ‘Everybody Loves Raymond.’ He had not rewatched the episodes before embarking on this binge-watching journey and noted that they took on a new perspective for him. Romano found himself appreciating them more and realized that he was judging them more harshly in the past.

After completing his marathon viewing, Romano decided to rate all 210 episodes on a scale of 0 to 100. While he declined to disclose his least favorite installments, he did reveal that only three episodes received his highest ranking of 96: ‘Good Girls’ from Season 2, and ‘She’s the One’ and ‘Baggage’ from Season 7. Romano acknowledged that not all episodes were perfect, but stated that ‘when you do 210 episodes, you’re going to have episodes that you think are brilliant and you’re going to have episodes that you think, ‘Wow, you know what? We kind of missed it on that one.’ He added that it’s to be expected when producing an episode every week.

Romano’s experience mirrors that of Jerry Seinfeld, who recently reflected on the finale of his own sitcom, ‘Seinfeld.’ Seinfeld admitted to being ‘a little bit’ bothered by the way the show wrapped up, but he believes that it’s arrogant to think that something different could have been done.

‘Everybody Loves Raymond’ is currently streaming on Paramount+ for those who wish to revisit the beloved sitcom or experience it for the first time.
