Finding the Wheel-Eyed Bream
To recruit Huang, you’ll need to find and give him a Wheel-Eyed Bream, which can only be found in a secluded fishing spot. Exit Hishahn and follow the road east. Before entering the Seaside Cavern, take the cliffside path to the left. There, you’ll find a fishing rod icon indicating the hidden fishing spot. Cast your line and reel in the fish. The Wheel-Eyed Bream will be among the last creatures you catch in the area.
Recruiting Huang
Once you have the Wheel-Eyed Bream, return to Huang in Hishahn and give it to him. He will permanently join your forces. While Huang is not a combat unit, recruiting him allows you to build the Fishing Spot in your HQ/home base. This building collects seafood for cooking and unlocks various functions, including increased yields, additional fishing spots, the Mission Guild, and the Racing Stables.
