Redaptive, a leading provider of data and sustainability solutions for industrial and commercial customers, is expanding its Denver footprint with a move to a larger headquarters. The company, which relocated to Denver from San Francisco in 2019, has experienced significant growth since establishing its corporate headquarters in the city in 2023. To accommodate this expansion, Redaptive is moving from The Circa Building to a 25,000-square-foot space on the eighth floor of McGregor Square in LoDo.
McGregor Square, located at 1601 19th Street in the heart of LoDo, offers a mix of residential, office, and retail space, as well as entertainment options. The building’s prime location near Coors Field, Union Station, the National Ballpark Museum, and the Denver Millennium Bridge provides Redaptive with a vibrant and accessible location.
Redaptive’s growth in Denver has been fueled by the city’s strong economy, its commitment to sustainability, and its access to top talent. The company’s workforce has grown more than fivefold in just over a year, and the new office space is designed to accommodate a further doubling of its Denver-based employees.
“We decided to move to Denver because of the city’s growing economy, strong sustainability mindset, and access to excellent talent,” said Redaptive CEO Arvin Vohra. “As our company expands, we plan to contribute even more to the Denver community as we increase our workforce here.”
Redaptive’s move to McGregor Square is a testament to the company’s confidence in Denver as a thriving hub for sustainable businesses. The new location, with its live-work-play environment, will provide Redaptive with a space that aligns with its vision for the future.
In addition to its new headquarters, Redaptive has secured $475 million in financing from ATLAS SP Partners, Deutsche Bank, Rabobank, and Mitsubishi HC Capital America. This investment will support Redaptive’s mission to help companies across the United States, Canada, and Europe reduce building emissions, save money, lower carbon emissions, and achieve their sustainability goals.
Redaptive’s commitment to sustainability is reflected in its Energy-as-a-Service model, which funds and installs energy-saving and energy-generating equipment for its clients. The company’s programs help organizations optimize energy costs, reduce carbon footprints, and meet their sustainability targets across their real estate portfolios. By leveraging data and its proprietary metering technology, Redaptive empowers its clients to overcome barriers to achieving energy efficiency and sustainability goals.
