Since the most recent update, we’ve witnessed a resurgence of classic weapons in the Warzone meta. The likes of the M1928 and PKP Pecheneg have regained their former glory, but arguably the biggest beneficiary of these changes has been the RAPP H LMG.
In long-range engagements, the RAPP H outperforms MW3 favorites such as the M1928 and PKP Pecheneg in terms of time to kill. With precision aim, no other weapon, save for sniper rifles like the MORS, can eliminate enemies at such distances with comparable speed.
However, the RAPP H’s drawbacks lie in its sluggish handling and lower fire rate. This unforgiving nature demands consistent accuracy to maintain a competitive time to kill. Nevertheless, for those with steady hands, the RAPP H reigns supreme in gunfights beyond 50 meters.
Despite its dominance, many players continue to overlook the RAPP H, opting instead for the well-established MW3 weapons. However, Warzone expert WhosImmortal recently highlighted the LMG’s potential in a video, describing its time to kill as “absurd” and praising its ability to “fry” enemies.
To mitigate the slower fire rate, WhosImmortal recommends utilizing attachments that reduce recoil and enhance accuracy, such as the ZLR Sabre Suppressor and Cronen ZE40 Dot Sight. This setup allows players to land shots more easily and maximize the RAPP H’s long-range capabilities.
If you’re seeking a weapon to dominate long-range encounters, the RAPP H LMG is an exceptional choice. Its superior time to kill and precision potential make it a formidable contender. While it may not excel in close-range combat, pairing it with a versatile SMG like the MP5 or Fennec ensures coverage in all situations.
