Regina Police Service (RPS) is actively seeking the public’s assistance in locating Reshaun Norman Cote, 22, in connection with a recent homicide investigation. A Canada-wide warrant has been issued for Cote, who is described as a male approximately six feet tall, with a medium build, short brown hair, brown eyes, and distinctive angel wing tattoos on both sides of his neck. Authorities emphasize that Cote should be considered armed and dangerous and advise against approaching him.
This development comes after the earlier arrests of a 17-year-old youth and 24-year-old Isaiah James Dustyhorn in relation to Regina’s first homicide of 2024. The victim, 22-year-old Everett Wolfe Roberts-Orr, tragically passed away after being shot at a residence on Sherwood Drive. Dustyhorn has been charged with second-degree murder, while the youth faces charges of second-degree murder and failure to comply.
The RPS urges anyone with information on Cote’s whereabouts to contact them at 306-777-6500. The investigation remains ongoing, and further updates will be provided as they become available.
