This significant addition brings the total workforce of Reliance Group to approximately 3,48,000.
A notable trend in Reliance’s hiring strategy is the emphasis on young talent. A staggering 53.9% of the total workforce is under the age of 30, underscoring the company’s commitment to attracting and nurturing a younger generation of employees.

Women constitute 21.4% of the total workforce, with a significant number of female employees joining the company in FY24.
