Richard Osman’s bestselling mystery novel, ‘The Thursday Murder Club,’ is set to receive the star-studded Hollywood treatment with a film adaptation. Directed by legendary filmmaker Chris Columbus, the film will feature an ensemble cast led by three Academy Award winners: Dame Helen Mirren, Sir Ben Kingsley, and Pierce Brosnan.

Mirren stars as Elizabeth, a former spy, while Kingsley plays Ibrahim, an ex-psychiatrist. Brosnan portrays Ron, a retired trade union activist.
