The ship made its grand debut at Port Canaveral (Orlando), Florida, ahead of its official launch on July 19th. Utopia of the Seas is designed to redefine the short vacation experience, offering an abundance of excitement and relaxation for both weekend and weekday travelers.
The ship’s arrival was celebrated by over 2,000 crew members on the vibrant Caribbean pool deck, showcasing thrilling attractions like The Ultimate Abyss, the longest dry slide at sea, and the signature FlowRider surf simulator. The official debut will be a star-studded event, featuring Grammy-winning artist and songwriter Meghan Trainor as the ship’s godmother. Trainor will officially christen the ship and perform a selection of her hit songs before Utopia embarks on its schedule of 3-night weekend and 4-night weekday sailings.
