Royal Orchid Hotels Limited (ROHL), a prominent name in India’s hospitality sector, has adopted Hotelogix’s multi-property management system to enhance its operations and support its ambitious growth strategy. ROHL, known for its exceptional guest experiences across over 100 properties, more than 5,900 villas and cottages, and 170 restaurants in India, Sri Lanka, and Nepal, is committed to delivering exceptional service while expanding its footprint with plans to launch 25-30 new hotels and a new 5-star brand in the coming year.

The shift to Hotelogix’s cloud-based platform represents a significant upgrade for ROHL, providing centralized control over its diverse property portfolio. Hotelogix’s multi-property management system integrates seamlessly with top-tier third-party solutions, enabling ROHL to efficiently manage online distribution, revenue management, accounting, restaurant operations, marketing, and loyalty programs from a centralized platform. The integration includes a Mobile PMS App that provides hotel staff with real-time access to critical operational data through an intuitive dashboard, enhancing decision-making and streamlining operations.

The move to Hotelogix has significantly reduced ROHL’s go-live process for new properties, minimizing overhead costs and simplifying the process of adding new properties to their ecosystem. By leveraging centralized guest history, the group gains insights into individual preferences, enabling personalized service. ROHL actively seeks guest feedback to enhance satisfaction and add value through initiatives like the Regenta Rewards program and exploring the implementation of self-check-in and guest services apps to embrace modern, digital-first strategies.
